YOUTH SAST (SPEED, AGILITY, STRENGTH TRAINING)
Youth SAST teaches the basic fundamentals of resistance, speed and agility training to the youth. It teaches hard work, consistency and discipline. The classes are designed to physically and mentally challenge your youth, along with challenging their work ethic.
Youth SAST classes can be accessed with the purchase of a punch pass.
